Friendly clinic staff. Very professional. Check in is quick and very little wait time to get in to see my provider. Once in the exam room, my provider is thorough but also very friendly and welcoming. She discusses my concerns fully with me. I appreciate that I never feel rushed during the exam.

Daylan (appointment scheduling department) was super helpful and friendly over phone. I felt really calm and I was able to ask some questions without being scared to ask. She did care about me and I am so greatful that people like her do exist..

Dr Holderman is the best! He answers all of my questions and takes the time to explain everything to me, and is very nice and respectful when doing so. He makes me feel like he really cares, which is greatly appreciated!

They don't go over any preexisting issues. They wait until the day you're there, after you prepped, to even talk to you. Trying to get ahold of them is next to impossible and they don't call back. Thankfully, I was able to get my referral changed.

Professional and very kind-hearted people. If you're on the way or think you might be late call them A.S.A.P.. They can give only a few more minutes to let you get here. Any parking works bc inside they have an elevator for all 3 floors. Just know 2202 for the building number and look for it on the side of the building up high and to the left on it. Park it and they have a list of all the rooms next to the elevator.

I am unable to reach anyone to get an appointment. I tried two days now and when the phone directs you to leave your phone number to get a call back the message machine is full, and then it disconnects you. I am going to have to find another provider since I can’t schedule.

Expertise from start to finish; staff kept me informed about everything along the way; their calmness was very helpful. Questions answered. Quick follow up with a copy of the report and results. I'd sure love a smaller prep next time since I know they exist, however.

I have called 3 times, waited for more than 30 minutes each time when I finally got through, I was kept on hold waiting my call to be transferred but the call went off or someone hanged on me. It's so frustrating because I was calling on a follow-up on my preps before my upcoming appointment which they ought have sent me or called for the details!
